Mark joined First GB Logistics in 2008 as a Company Director and went on to acquire the business in 2013, stepping into the role of Managing Director. With a clear vision for growth and service excellence, Mark has been instrumental in transforming First GB into a trusted 3PL partner for brands across the UK.

Drawing on over 15 years of industry experience, Mark combines strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership style. He’s deeply involved in every aspect of the business — from client relationships and operational planning to long-term investments in people, systems, and infrastructure.

Under Mark’s leadership, the company has expanded its capabilities significantly, with a strong focus on flexibility, reliability, and customer care. His commitment to continuous improvement and innovation continues to shape the direction of First GB.


Jordan Harding – Operations Manager

With over 10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, Jordan brings a results-driven mindset and calm leadership to the First GB Logistics team. He initially joined the company in 2014, where he quickly became an essential link between the operational teams, clients, and management — helping to refine processes and improve service delivery.

In 2022, Jordan was promoted to Operations Manager, a role in which he now oversees all warehouse activity — from inbound goods and stock management to outbound fulfilment for both D2C and B2B channels. He thrives on problem-solving and is known for his hands-on approach, always working closely with the team to deliver fast, flexible solutions.

Jordan has played a pivotal role in streamlining day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, and upholding the highest standards for client satisfaction. His ability to stay composed under pressure and lead by example makes him a key asset to the business.


Mark Dennison – Warehouse Manager

Mark first worked with First GB Logistics as a strategic supplier before officially joining the team in 2015. With a deep understanding of logistics operations and supplier partnerships, he brought valuable insight and expertise to the business from day one.

After nearly a decade of dedication and operational excellence, Mark was promoted to Warehouse Manager in 2024. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day running of the facility — including stock control, staff coordination, order flow, and ensuring all processes run smoothly and safely. Known for his strong leadership and attention to detail, he plays a key role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Mark thrives in fast-paced environments and is always looking for ways to improve efficiency, accuracy, and team performance. His calm, solutions-focused approach makes him a respected and reliable figure across the operation.


Laura Sanford – Administration Manager

Laura began her journey with First GB Logistics in 2013, joining the team as a part-time Client Controller. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering excellent service quickly set her apart, and she steadily progressed through the business — becoming Operations Manager in 2018 and later taking on the role of Administration Manager in 2022.

In her current role, Laura oversees all aspects of administrative operations, including system management, invoicing, and internal coordination. She ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, accurately, and professionally — keeping the wider operation aligned and efficient.

Laura is known for her reliability, deep knowledge of the business, and her calm, can-do attitude. She’s a go-to person for both the team and clients alike, always ready to find a solution and make things happen.
